Project category: Engineering and foreign markets

Project timeline: Start – May 2010

Project status: The project is currently underway

In April of 2010, the GH Holding company signed an agreement with the Ministry of Health and the Slovenj Gradec General Hospital for the execution of phase 1 of the project involving the new construction, reconstruction and renovation of the facilities of the Slovenj Gradec General Hospital. The work encompasses the renovation of facility C with the construction of two annexes (C1 and C2) and the reconstruction and building of an annex for the energy distribution facilities D and E featuring an underground collector.

Description

The project for phase 1 involving the new construction, reconstruction and renovation of the facilities of the Slovenj Gradec General Hospital is divided into two stages. The first stage comprises the construction of a new annex towards the northeast (facility C1) that must be built in its entirety and finished so that certain departments, services and plants can move there immediately (some will move there temporarily while others will stay there permanently) primarily from the existing part of facility C.

After the removal of existing terraces and the construction of an annex for the existing facility on the southwest side (facility C2) and the adaptation of facility C, including the landscaping of immediate surroundings and the associated infrastructure, stage 2 will enable the final arrangement of facility C.

Prior to the commencement of construction within the scope of stage 1, we reconstructed the boiler room and the medical gases station, and constructed the electricity/energy distribution facility with an underground collector.

The envisaged time of completion of the project is November 2012.
